The stride is longer at 21″ making it ideal for people over six feet tall. It also weighs over 200 lbs. so it is incredibly stable. If you are closer to five feet tall though you won’t find the articulating foot pedals and 21″ stride to be very comfortable. Go with the 3.6 in that case.
