The Smooth Fitness CE 3.0DS Elliptical is a compact, 2-1 dual motion elliptical. This ability to change motions is critical for a good workout. For example, you could get a normal compact elliptical trainer and repeat the same motion over and over again, putting unnecessary stress on your joints. The CE 3.0 DS can change motion into a stair stepper as well, meaning you can workout completely different muscle groups and get a higher quality cardio workout.
